Q: How can I open, view, and/or print the files I downloaded from your web site?

In order to view Psi Beta downloadable forms, you must first download the FREE copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader™ software and install it on your computer. To download a free copy, click here and follow the instructions from Adobe.

Q: I'm still unable to do anything with the files I downloaded from your website and/or I'm unable to install this software. What should I do now?

Check with your specific problem in Adobe's support pages, located at http://www.adobe.com/support/products/acrreader.html

Q: I'm exhausted. I've tried everything and I still can't download or open Psi Beta's forms!

Don't panic: you still have two options left.

1)  Email your mailing address (or fax number) to the National Office with the form(s) you would like mailed (or faxed) to you. Allow 1-2 weeks for the forms to arrive to you by mail.

2) Call the Psi Beta Distribution Center (877) PBETADC or 877-723-8232) and ask to have the forms you need mailed or faxed to you.

Q: My membership card has
"Blank (See http://psibeta.org/help.htm)" in the email address

Cause: Your email address was not provided at the time of registration.

Result: The private membership pages require a login to gain access. Your email address is used as your login name. Because it was not provided you are unable to:

• login and change or update your membership information
• participate in the Psi Beta member discussion group
• receive email notices about regional and national conventions or award competitions

How to correct: See form at bottom of this page

My membership card has
"Information not provided, you will NOT receive a newsletter,  (See http://psibeta.org/help.htm)" in the mailing address

Cause: Your mailing address was not provided at the time of registration

Result: The Psi Beta Newsletter is mailed to your home address. Because it was not provided you will NOT receive a newsletter.

How to correct: Visit http://member.psibeta.org login and update your mailing address. If your email address was entered then your Login and Password can be found on your membership letter. If email was not provided then use the form at the bottom of the page.
